Text / SMS messaging policy
Program description
Alisa Donaldson sends two kinds of text messages. Transactional messages cover responses to inquiries, consultation and appointment confirmations and reminders, intake form requests, and session scheduling updates. Marketing messages cover program information, educational content, and consultation availability. Each kind has its own optional checkbox on our contact form. Promotional messages are sent only to recipients who opted in to the marketing checkbox. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services.

Reply STOP to +1 226-895-7066 at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent after that.

Text messaging is not a secure way to share clinical information and is not monitored for emergencies. Please do not send clinical details by text.
Non-sharing

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
